Insider's Guide to Internet Intelligence Collection takes place Thursday, January 28, from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST. The webinar will be led by Edward M. During the webinar on January 28, Professor Roche will discuss how social media networks and virtual worlds have effected intelligence collection; methods of intelligence gathering and surveillance through social networks; actions being taken by law enforcement and intelligence agencies to monitor and combat terrorism through social networks; and the legal implications of using the Internet as a medium on intelligence gathering.
